Steven Harrah (1970-2010)
Known affectionately to his fellow miners as “Head”, Steven “Smiley” Harrah was born February 27, 1970 in Beckley, WV. Steven was a devoted husband and father who lost his life at the age of forty. He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Tammy and his 8 year old son Zach along with a multitude of family and friends who will forever remember him fondly.
