Rex Mullins (1960-2010)
Rex Mullins, of Lively, W.Va., was born February 1, 1960 in Beckley. An avid Mountaineers fan and a loving family man, Rex died at age 50 in the Upper Big Branch Mine at Montcoal, W.Va. He is survived by his wife Brenda, two children, three step-children, seven grandchildren, his mother, two sisters and two brothers.
